I think you should be happy with yourself, but if you want to have her body, do the following two things –
1. Work out w/ a personal trainer
2. Work with a dietitian and eat healthy food

Hey, I’m a guy and this Jessical Alba is superficially generic and she is not beautiful, you are. You are for real and all you have to be is be yourself because a real guy looks at who you are not what you are.
Err…who is she? Sorry, but I have no idea who she is and I asked my husband and he said he had no idea either! I reckon that the only way to look really hot is to pick out your best features and work with them. I suspect that Ms Alba has been preened and poked and worked on by a surgeon as well as having a team of people to look after her looks. The rest of us live in the real world and have to make the best of what we have! You would probably be surprised to know that men just say the first name that pops into their heads if you ask them who is hot – they don’t really give a damn as its not ‘real’ for them. The more educated and sophisticated the male, the less likely he is to fancy cloned girloids on the TV. Men like that think for themselves. A great many men are just ‘told’ who to like by the media and because they can’t be bothered thinking about it as its not interesting to them, they just agree. What they really find hot is a girl who is confident, funny and **** and sitting next to them!
eat better–i only eat one of those tuna snacks for lunch (has tuna mayo relish and crackers) fills up great
make-up–but dont go too heavy on the mascara, and get tanned

Dont try and be someone your not. im a guy and id go for the nice , friendly girl whos not stunning bt ok rather than the girl trying to replicate a celeb or whoever. We prefer the girl whos herself just original. But if your concerned about it try dieting but dont become anorexic because that sure aint hot. As to what you can do, first is exercise and eat healthy to get a good body. That is a basis for everything else.
As for the rest, maximize your best features, don’t try to copy someone else, if you have a very different ****** structure or coloring, what looks good on them may not work for you.
There’s lots of good looking people in the world, and they don’t all look alike.
MAKEUP
If you love Jessica’s pretty and polished air, then follow these simple steps from celebrity makeup artist Shefton McLeod to make it your own.
STEP 1 Begin with freshly cleansed and moisturized skin. Moisturizer helps foundation glide on smoothly and creates a supple, dewy look. Apply a sheer layer of foundation to your STEP 2 If any blemishes or redness are still visible, only then apply concealer. Lightly dab on with a brush and blend by pressing gently with the ball of your ring finger.
STEP 3 Create an extra “glow” with a cream bronzer. Using a small, stiff brush, apply bronzer to cheekbones, the bridge of the nose and along the hairline and chin. Soften the edges with your fingers until well blended.
STEP 4 Gently apply translucent powder into a puff, then press into the T-zone and touch lightly over the rest of your face. Brush off any excess powder with a large, fluffy blush brush.
STEP 5 Lightly moisten a dark-colored cake eye shadow and, using a flat liner brush, press the eye shadow into the eyelash base on top and bottom, beginning at the outer corner.
STEP 6 Apply a neutral cream eye shadow to the center of the eyelid and blend out to the edge of the lid using a sponge-tipped applicator. Using a soft, fluffy brush, apply a powder shadow in a similar color to the center of the lid.
STEP 7 Lightly enhance the apples of the cheeks with a sheer pink blush, using a brush to blend color back and up to the hairline.
STEP 8 Line lips with a nude-colored pencil and blend into lip with a lip brush. Top that with a sheer peach- or pink-colored gloss, and blend.
STEP 9 To shape and control unruly brows, coat them with brow gel and apply light touches of brow powder with a small brush to conceal any thin areas.
STEP 10 Completely line inner rim of eyes with a dark kohl pencil, beginning at the outside corners. Apply it from base to tip.
STEP 11 Define but don’t curl lashes with a lash-building mascara.

Look sweetie, Jessica Alba has ALOT of things on her side that may not be able to be replicated by you. For instance, she probably has GREAT genes. That’s a good start for anyone! That means, her great skin and toned body….while helped by expensive products and exercise….may also be due to her good DNA.
In general, most of the female stars adhere to a strict diet where they eat 6 small meals that are healthy, they drink TONS of water,they exercise like crazy (usually at least 1 hour a day) and have tons of money to spend on expensive treatments (such as facials) and products. It’s very misleading of magazines to make young women feel they can easily attain these same standards. For instance, the ability to go to an expensive spa and get ******* plus use the best, most expensive face creams will of course give you great skin. To think you can get the same result by using Clearasil from Target is crap. Another example? You can work out like crazy on your own but unless you have the money to hire a GREAT trainer, often you are exercising incorrectly or in vain. A good trainer will tell you the quality exercises that will put you in great shape. So, alot of it boils down to having MONEY unfortunately.
Well if you wanna no what i think is be yourself…..but if you really really want to look as pertty ( HOT) as Alba girl then mabe get really good lip gloss put that on and die your hair like hers! mabe loose wieght! just a few tips…. not saying your fat because i bet u are very skinny! well think before you do anything.
